[Vk5-wx-sonde] radiosonde_auto_rx update 2018-04-15

Hi all,

I've pushed a new update to radiosonde_auto_rx. This update:

   - Replaces all urllib2/httplib calls with calls to requests - brings us
   a bit closer to Python 3 support.
   - Adds checking for the current sonde callsign on the tracker before
   creating a new payload document. This will hopefully help avoid the
   creation of multiple documents for the one payload.
   - Some better logging when a blacklist is used.


Note that auto_rx now requires the python 'requests' library, this can be
installed under Raspbian/Ubuntu by running:
sudo apt-get install python-requests

Please update your stations when you can, by following the update
instructions here:
https://github.com/projecthorus/radiosonde_auto_rx/wiki/Performing-Updates

There is no need to update the configuration file for this release. Just
git pull and restart.
