[Vk5-wx-sonde] radiosonde_auto_rx update 2018-04-15

Sorry to be a bother all... I've just realised I had the fix which checked
if the sonde was already on Habitat... disabled. Derp.

Please re-update to fix this. (Just a git pull and a restart)
