[Vk5-wx-sonde] Auto-RX Updates v20180804

A few small updates in this one:

- Some rearrangement of the web interface.
- Addition of Azimuth/Elevation/Range to the telemetry table (if the
station location is set)
- Added display of a line-of-sight path between the station and the sonde.
- Added an 'age' field' to the telemetry table (This is a bit of a hack at
the moment)
- Reversed ordering of log table - latest log entry is up top
- Added 'Hide Map' checkbox, and moved the 'Hide Scan Plot' checkbox above
the scan plot.
- Added checks for the required RS binaries on startup.

Should be no config file changes required, so git pull and restart to get
the updates.

Those thinking about chasing radiosondes may want to have a look at
'chasemapper' https://github.com/projecthorus/chasemapper , which is
browser-based chase-car map I've been developing to replace the current
OziExplorer-based mapping system. There is some limited support for offline
mapping, using map tiles cached by FoxtrotGPS.
