[Vk5-wx-sonde] auto_rx update 2018-06-16

A few small updates:
- Fix detection of RTL2832 devices (some RTLSDRs report as RTL2832 instead
of RTL2838).
- Some bugfixes in the Habitat and APRS uploaders, that showed up when the
upload queue filled up (i.e. if the net connection is intermittent, or you
set the upload rate too fast).
- Added the [habitat]->uploader_antenna setting, which allows you to
populate the antenna field which is shown when you click on your station
icon on the HabHub map.

Update as usual [1].

Note that this update does add a new setting into the station configuration
file, so you will either need to copy the example config into station.cfg
(cp station.cfg.example station.cfg) and edit, or you can just add the new
option[2] into the [habitat] setting block manually.

As usual, please report any issues encountered.
