[Vk5-wx-sonde] #553 Friday morning recovery

'Burst Kill' is essentially a countdown timer which starts after the sonde
starts to descent. Once the timer reaches zero, the sonde shuts off.
It looks like the default burst-kill time is *8.5 hours*. That's how long
we have to get the landing position of the sonde after burst.
