[Vk5-wx-sonde] New Auto-RX Station Location

Sorry guys, it looks like I might be winning the 'who receives the sonde
first' competition for a while ;-)

I was able to receive the payload when the BOM were testing it in the
building at th eairport, then again when they turned it on in the launch

Today I finally relocated my auto_rx station up to the VK5RWN repeater
site. I've re-named it to 'AREG_AUTO_RX' to recognize the hosts of the
equipment.
