[Vk5-wx-sonde] HabHub Database Maintenance

Hi all,

Database maintenance on the Habitat server (the server behind habhub.org
 and sondehub.org) is causing some pretty high delays in processing of
telemetry at the moment. It appears to be about half an hour or more behind.

You will also likely be encountering errors when uploading telemetry
because of this.

The database maintenance should be concluded in a few hours, and things
should get back to normal shortly after that.
