Not sure. Some observations by Liam shows that the sondes appear to know
when they are descending, so it looks like the internal GPS is working.
However, given we're not decoding anything sensible on the ground, it
suggests the telemetry format has changed.

I suspect it might be a few days before we have a resolution to this issue.
