Was just about to put an update about that!
R0230817 402.200 is on around 6400 frames and burst killer is active
at 08:14 I suspect this one has been in the air for a while. Battery
is at 2.5 V. So likely on decent.
R0210591 403.00 is around 3000 frames. I suspect this one is still on
ascent. No burst killer active and 2.7 V battery.

Can you monitor for when they switch to burst countdown mode? That
would assist in estimating a landing site.

Encryption is probably not going to be possible to break. I certainly
don't intend to spend any time on it.
I've got an update in the works that will help with the encrypted
sondes. (Raise an error and add to a blacklist for a few hours).

I noticed them as well, looks like time to go back to the
whitelist. I wonder how long they will keep flying these for how hard
to crack the encryption ?

The launches always at 23:15 or 11:15Z. So yes, it's now at 8:45AM/PM
local time.
