Unfortunately no - we don't know the launch site. My guess is going to be
Pt Wakefield though. Signal wasn't strong enough after launch to be from
Edinburgh.

Steve: the changes required are significant. More than just a quick hack.
There are checks at multiple points in the telemetry processing chain.
