Hopefully I have sorted out the horus decoder today, performance was very  
poor on the last chase
is seems the offset on my rtl-sdr had drifted slightly, without badly  
affecting auto_rx

I got a new raspberry pi 4 set up for the mobile tracker now.
just need to get a 64gb card for all my offline maps
