[Vk5-wx-sonde] testing old sonde

Probably a better option for testing is to go into the config file and
disable the uploaders (i.e. habitat_enabled = False).
Then you can use the local web interface to see what's going on.

Hopefully it was just a configuration issue? We've had the current version
running on quite a lot of stations for a few weeks.
