[Vk5-wx-sonde] Horus Binary Launch #2

Will be launching another one tomorrow (Sunday) at around 10AM again. Same
launch site (Two Wells football oval). Same frequency, somewhat
lighter payload, but still a RS41.

Predictions are slightly better this week (as long as I don't mess up the
balloon fill too badly):

Prediction if I get the balloon fill spot on (3m/s ascent rate):
