OK, I've had confirmation that all future balloons from YPAD will be blue!
They are still using radar reflectors for now, but eventually that will
switch to parachutes.

I'll be heading out tomorrow morning for the morning sonde, and I might try
and pick up the evening sonde depending on where it lands.
