[Vk5-wx-sonde] VK5NTM Small Balloon Launch Sunday

Hi all,

Tim VK5NTM is expecting to launch a small (<50g) balloon with a RS41 board
transmitting the HorusBinary v1 mode on 434.660 MHz.

The launch is expected to be sometime between 11:30 am and midday Sunday
from near Tailem Bend (to try and target a landing somewhere near Morgan).

You should be able to decode this like any other Project Horus flight, as
per the guides here:
https://github.com/projecthorus/horusbinary/wiki#how-do-i-receive-it
