Hi all,

On Thursday the 5th of November, at around 10AM, there is the possibility
of a High-Altitude balloon launch occurring from near Paris Creek by the
Prescott College Southern High School, as part of their Science Program.
This school has been performing launches for a few years, but this will be
their first launch using a radio tracker.

They will be flying a 'Horus Binary' 4FSK tracker, transmitting on the
usual frequency of 434.660 MHz. Their callsign will be 'PRESCOTTSOUTH'
(which is decoded automatically by the horus-gui software).

If you're set up to decode regular Horus Launches, then this should be as
easy to decode. A guide on how to get set up to decode is here:
https://github.com/projecthorus/horusdemodlib/wiki/1.1-Horus-GUI-Reception-Guide-(Windows-Linux-OSX)

Predictions are looking good (landing near Cambrai), but there's still a
chance the launch may be bumped.

Steve / Peter - this one is landing near your area (Cambrai-ish) - if
you're available to help track, it would be much appreciated!
