[Vk5-wx-sonde] auto_rx release v1.0.3

Hi guys,

I've now released v1.0.3, which adds humidity support, and better handling
of the encrypted sondes (no, it doesn't decode them...).
Humidity data will only be reliably visible on Habhub if all receivers in
the are are running the latest version (same with the burst timer
countdown).
