[Vk5-wx-sonde] Mark-as-recovered button

Not sure if VK5NTM is on this mailing list, but I like what he did today by
dropping a receiver location at the landing site of N0520200, with an
'antenna' test indicating it had been recovered.

I might look at adding a button in Chasemapper which does something
similar...
