[Vk5-wx-sonde] RS41-SGM Launch Campaign

Yep, I've set the station at home scanning between 400 and 406 MHz, and
have blacklisted the BOM frequencies (400.5/401.5/402.5).
Unfortunately the station up on the hill has a very sharp bandpass filter,
so can't receive anything above 403 MHz.

I agree we need some form of control on the web interface - I've already
made some progress in enabling this, however I still haven't quite figured
out how to secure it properly.
